Quarry Rock and the Lynn Canyon suspension bridge are closed from 7 am, March 22nd until further notice by order of the District of North Vancouver.

In response to trail visitors not adhering to the physical distance recommendations of maintaining at least two meters apart, the District of North Vancouver has decided to close the popular Quarry Rock trail and the Lynn Canyon suspension bridge. Access to other major trails in the area such as the Baden Powell trail are now limited.

Early last week, Cypress Mountain and Mount Seymour have also closed their resorts in response to COVID-19. As the situation continues to develop, more popular trail and park closures are expected.

We've prepared a list of Top Lower Mainland hiking trails to adhere to the social distancing recommendations of the World Health Organization.
