Snow on Seymour Mountain

Welcome to the winter hiking section of Mountain Guru!

Vancouver and the Lower Mainland have many hiking trails to enjoy during the snowy (when it happens) winter months. Snowshoes are not always necessary. Infact, for a great workout, opting to go in just hiking boots may be prefered. Our list of local winter trails is growing so be sure to check back regularly.

Visit the winter hiking trail and safety tips page for recommendations of gear and other information.
