Trail Description
Starting in Deep Cove, this portion of the Baden Powell trail traverses the popular Quarry Rock trail before heading west over the lower section of Mount Seymour. Eventually, scaling down Blueridge into Lynn Valley, north up to Lynn Canyon. After crossing Lynn Creek, the Baden Powell trail follows the base of Mount Fromme -- finally ending up at the Grouse Mountain parking lot. The trail ranges from well laid boardwalk, rough and rocky terrain to packed soil and fallen tree needles.
